Starlight Log User Agreement

Effective date: June 21, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Starlight Log, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. No account required

The app does not require login. It may use an anonymous device identifier to save journal entries, sync app data, and process reports or complaints.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the journal entries, reports, complaints, and other content you submit. You should not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, misleading, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, or otherwise harmful.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the app, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious links or code, impersonate others, violate intellectual-property rights, abuse the report system, or use the app for unlawful activity.

5. Reports and complaints

You may report illegal content, unsafe links, intellectual-property concerns, privacy issues, abusive material, fraud, misleading content, technical problems, or other complaints through the in-app form. We may review, remove, disable, preserve, or restrict content or links when necessary. Submitting a report does not guarantee a specific outcome.

6. Web links

Banners and pages may link to third-party websites. Some URLs may open in the system browser when they contain payment, launch, token, or protected-domain patterns. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, policies, availability, or content.

7. App content and availability

Light-record images, prompts, banners, and related content are provided for reflection and informational purposes. The service may change, pause, or stop features at any time. We may update content, remove links, or adjust banner configuration from the admin system.

8. Safety and wellness

Starlight Log is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. If you need urgent help or professional support, contact qualified professionals or local emergency services.

9. Termination and enforcement

We may restrict access, remove content, disable links, or preserve records if we believe this Agreement, law, safety, or service integrity requires it.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or compatibility with every website or device.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or third-party websites.

12. Changes

We may update this Agreement. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
